View all FAQsWhich new client special should I take?
Depends on your body. Three private sessions for $210 is the route if you want one to one attention or have an injury. One private plus two semi privates for $99 is the cheaper route into group classes. If you have an injury or a health concern the studio requires at least three privates before any group class, so that decision may already be made.
What is a Core Collective semi private?
The small group class, capped at five, at $45 a session with a 4 pack at $160 and an 8 pack at $280. That is among the cheapest supervised Pilates in the New York area.
Can I book a short private?
Yes. Privates come in 30 and 55 minute lengths. The short one is $55 with a 4 pack at $200, the full session $95 with a 4 pack at $340 and an 8 pack at $640.
What equipment does the studio use?
Gratz throughout, the original apparatus built to Joseph Pilates' exact specifications: tower units, reformers, barrels, chairs and small accessories.
What is provided?
More than most: mat, water, towels, refreshing wipes, disposable toothbrushes and hand sanitiser. You bring yourself and clean socks.
What should I not wear?
Anything with zippers, snaps or buckles, because they damage the apparatus. Clean socks are required and five toe non slip socks are sold at the studio.
What is the weekly schedule?
5am starts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Monday and Wednesday run to 9pm, Tuesday splits into a morning to 1pm and an evening to 9:30pm, Thursday runs 9am to 9pm, and Friday closes at 1pm.
How do I reach it?
