View all FAQsHow small is a group class?
Four people at most, and the studio holds to that across every group class. There are 7 Reformers in the room.
What is the first timer price?
$19 for a first group class, applied with a code, against $60 for a standard drop in.
What do the memberships cost?
$169 a month for one class a week, $320 for two, $399 for three. All auto renew and all carry a 2-month minimum.
What reformers does Aria use?

What else runs besides Pilates?
Barre, the Garuda Method, prenatal classes and yoga sit alongside classical Pilates, all in the same small group format.
What are the therapeutic movement sessions?
Sessions built around your own history rather than a fixed class plan. The studio lists situations it works with, from post-surgical recovery through to prenatal and postnatal. Ask your own clinician first if any of that applies to you.
Is there parking?
The studio sits in a mall with several parking options, about a two minute walk from the door.
What happens in a first session, and when is the studio open?
Every session opens with a conversation about your body, your history and what you need, and the session gets built from that rather than from a fixed plan. Wear leggings or joggers and a top you can move in. Grip socks are required on the reformer and sold at the studio. Hours are 7am to 7pm six days a week, with Saturday the odd one out, closed. Classes come with a playlist, from Slow Mornings through to 80s Throwback.
