Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Is Pilates included in the gym membership?

No. The $65 Standard Membership covers studio classes, weights, cardio and spin, but Pilates is specifically excluded and priced separately.

What does a Pilates session cost?

$50 as a single. 10 prepaid sessions are $450 and 20 are $800, and none of them expire, which is rare.

How small are the Pilates classes?

Semi-private, limited to four individuals, on Peak Pilates Deluxe Reformers. That cap is what separates it from the studio class timetable.

How do I book Pilates?

Call or text 661-373-7126, which is a different number from the gym's main line. Pilates is not on the general class schedule.

Is there a signup fee?

Annual memberships carry a $99 signup fee. Discounts exist for first responders and homeschool students, and day passes are available.

What gym equipment is there?

Free weights, selectorized machines, VersaClimbers, Concept 2 rowers, Airdynes, Stepmills, battling ropes and kettlebells.

Who runs Acton Fitness?

Donny Carbajal and Natalie founded it in 1996, and it has stayed a small town, community centered gym rather than a chain.

Can I get in at any hour?

The gym floor runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on the Standard Membership at $65 a month. Pilates does not work that way. It is booked by appointment on Peak Pilates Deluxe Reformers, capped at four people, and paid for separately at $50 a session. So the 24 hour access buys you weights, cardio and spin, not the Reformer.
